If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so by calling the salon within 24 hours. If you do not cancel within this 24-hour time frame, we will reserve your credit card information in order to book your next appointment.

Please always check your confirmation email after booking online in order to make sure you have booked the correct date, time and stylist.

If you cannot find an appointment within a reasonable timeframe or you are having problems booking online, please call the salon and we can help you find an appointment that works or help you navigate the online booking service.
